Frontline Launches Visual Tool for Incident Reporting

ClickMap allows workers to identify injury and hazard locations on diagrams, facility layouts and equipment photos.

Workplace safety teams can document injury and hazard locations directly on images using a feature introduced by Frontline Data Solutions.

The tool, called ClickMap, is available within the company’s Action Tracking and Management of Change modules. Users can mark affected body areas or pinpoint events on facility layouts and equipment photographs.

The tool includes a standard body diagram, and organizations can upload other images and create overlays. The system retains marked images with the corresponding incident record.

According to the company, location information can be compiled into customized reports to identify areas with repeated incidents or near misses.

Administrators can also configure forms so the mapping feature appears only for selected types of reports. For example, a facility diagram could appear for a safety incident but remain hidden for an administrative submission.
