J. J. Keller Promotes Steve Murray to Chief Operating Officer

Steve Murray will lead product strategy and daily operations as chief operating officer for compliance leader J. J. Keller.

Safety and compliance provider J. J. Keller & Associates Inc. has appointed Steve Murray to the dual role of head of product and chief operating officer.

The newly created executive position places Murray in charge of enterprise-wide product strategy, product development, solution delivery and customer service. The role aims to enhance the company's offerings for transportation, human resources and environmental health and safety professionals.

Murray joined the Neenah-based company in 2013, previously managing units including Managed Services as well as Training & Consulting Services. His background includes more than three decades of general management experience across fleet operations, sales, pricing and customer support.

Company leadership noted that Murray's background in operations and customer relations will guide ongoing effort to expand safety and compliance tools for client businesses.
