ISEA Launches Business Growth Campaign
Each campaign outlines specific growth objectives and strategies as well as supporting online best practices, tools, and coaching that will be used to achieve these growth targets.
The International Safety Equipment Association has teamed up with The Manufacturing Institute, the research and education arm of the National Association of Manufacturers, to offer a set of business growth campaigns in four 90-day online training modules. The Growth Initiative comes from Growth Development Associates Inc., a global consulting firm that specializes in delivering training and business solutions to businesses. ISEA said the campaign is based on proven growth strategies geared to help companies achieve sustainable, profitable growth.
“Manufacturers understand that a highly skilled and educated workforce is critical to innovation and success. And as the economy picks up, companies will depend on marketing and sales forces to create and expand demand for their products and services, while nourishing and strengthening the existing customer base,” said ISEA President Dan Shipp. "That's why we're offering The Growth Initiative and recommending it to our members for everyone who has contact with customers."
The Growth Initiative begins April 4, 2011, with a new campaign offered each 90 days for the next year. Each campaign outlines specific growth objectives and strategies as well as supporting online best practices, tools, and coaching that will be used to achieve these growth targets. Online training modules will introduce participants to new skills and practices, and guide them in applying these new skills with both prospects and customers as needed.
ISEA has set up a Web portal for The Growth Initiative, where viewers can get a complete description of all the campaigns, access a sample online course, review frequently asked questions, and register for the program.
