Two virtual workshops from the AIHA Guideline Foundation and the Foundation for Chemistry Research and Initiatives focus on occupational exposure limits (OELs), which organizations designate to help prevent health effects from chemical exposure.
Both sessions will run from 1 to 4 p.m. Eastern time on Zoom. The first workshop will take place Oct. 29 and examine how scientific evidence and risk-assessment frameworks inform OEL development.
The Nov. 12 workshop will focus on selecting relevant limits and using them in complicated chemical exposure situations.
