The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries will hold its upcoming Construction Advisory Committee meeting in late September to address workplace safety and productivity across the state's building industry.
The advisory panel serves as a collaborative platform where state regulators, business leaders and labor representatives discuss ongoing efforts to enhance safety standards and operational efficiency for contractors and workers throughout Washington.
Members of the public and industry representatives wishing to submit agenda recommendations for the upcoming session must deliver their suggestions to program organizer Kylie Gillihan by the close of business on Aug. 25.
The meeting is scheduled for Sept. 29, running from 9:15 a.m. to noon. Attendees may participate in person at the state Department of Labor & Industries facility in Tukwila or join remotely via Microsoft Teams.
