The 110th China International Occupational Safety & Health Goods Expo (CIOSH 2026) concluded at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, highlighting the latest advancements in worker protection. The event, themed "The Power of Protection," featured 1,364 exhibitors and occupied 80,000 square meters of exhibition space.
The expo served as a global hub for personal protective equipment (PPE) and industrial safety solutions, drawing 43,750 professional visitors. Attendees explored a wide range of safety products, including head and face protection, fall protection, fire safety gear and powered exoskeletons.
The event featured immersive experiences such as the EXO Park for robotic suit demonstrations and a simulated Fall Protection Zone for high-altitude work conditions. A safety fashion show also showcased modern protective apparel from industry leaders.
Alongside the product exhibits, the China Work Safety and Corporate Sustainability Forum (EHS Forum) addressed the future of the industry. Experts and business leaders discussed sustainable safety management, smart protection technologies and mental health in the workplace.
The expo saw a 20% increase in international attendance. A dedicated matchmaking event facilitated meetings between Chinese manufacturers and buyers from countries including the United States, France, Sweden and Mexico.
As part of the Messe Düsseldorf global portfolio, CIOSH continues to align with international standards, supported by its partnership with A+A, the world’s leading trade fair for safety and health at work.
The next CIOSH is scheduled for April 14-16, 2027, in Shanghai.
