New Consolidated Poster Streamlines Construction Site Compliance

The polyurethane display organizes required labor law and safety notices into a single weather-resistant format.

J. J. Keller & Associates Inc. has released a new consolidated posting solution designed to organize regulatory documents at construction sites.

The Jobsite Poly Poster combines required safety signs, permits, site-specific documents and labor law notices into a single display. The product was developed following research into how construction sites manage fragmented and cluttered signage, which can lead to compliance risks and inspection delays.

The display is printed on polyurethane to withstand outdoor conditions and includes color-coded sections to help workers and inspectors locate information quickly. The layout includes dedicated space for project contacts, safety manager details and emergency phone numbers.

According to company officials, the all-in-one design is intended to reduce the need for multiple separate postings on fencing or site trailers. By centralizing documentation, the poster aims to help construction teams maintain inspection readiness and improve site communication.

The posters also allow for the inclusion of company logos and optional safety notices alongside mandatory state and federal postings.
