Ensuring Proper Use of Ladders on Your Worksite

It's National Ladder Safety Month! Listen in as Editor Sydny Shepard discusses how to properly and safely choose, set up and ascend a ladder.

Because falls are the leading cause of work-related injuries and deaths in construction, the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, OSHA and the Center for Construction Research and Training promote a national campaign on ladder safety.

This March is the 5th annual National Ladder Safety Month and it is my hope that you learn something new about how to use or maintain proper use of a ladder in this podcast episode. If you do, share it with a colleague so that, they too, can reduce the amount of injuries and fatalities involving a ladder.
