OSHA Sets Final Meeting of Emergency Response and Preparedness Subcommittee

The subcommittee will finalize the discussion of elements of an emergency response proposed rule.

OSHA announced that its National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health will hold a meeting of the Emergency Response and Preparedness Subcommittee on Sept. 7-9, 2016, in Washington, D.C. The committee will finalize the discussion regarding an emergency response and preparedness proposed rule, and prepare a recommendation to NACOSH.

The meeting itself will take place between 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. in Room N-4437 at the U.S. Department of Labor headquarters and is open to the public.
