A+A Fashion Show Companies Strut Their Stuff

Attendees get eyeful of the latest workwear and products, even rolling ladders, from 11 companies at this year's daily fashion shows

DUSSELDORF -- The music is loud and a DJ's pounding beats are synced to pulsing lights as a dozen very fit dancers prowl, strut, and pose in high-vis, flame-resistant, and cold-weather workwear, all for the sake of entertaining hundreds of A+A 2015 attendees four times a day.

This ear- and eye-popping event in Hall 11 is the A+A Safety, Security and Health at Work conference Fashion Show, a staple of this trade fair and a showplace for work apparel that can look great while the dancers twist, turn, and show off.

This year's show even included rolling aluminum ladders. The participating companies this time offer apparel, caps, socks, and protective footwear. They are Alsico, BSD, Dickies, Excess Workwear, Gunzburger Steigtechnik, Jermyn Street Design, Leditsee, Scruffs Hard Wear, Caterpillar Inc., T.Ess Ltd., and Qualitex.
