The latest episode of the OH&S SafetyPod examines one of the world’s largest gatherings for occupational safety and health professionals: A+A 2025, scheduled for November 4–7 in Düsseldorf, Germany. Lars Wismer, Director of A+A at Messe Düsseldorf, sits down with OH&S to discuss the scope of the trade fair and congress and what attendees can expect at this year’s event.

He outlines how the show will feature new developments in PPE, digital safety tools, exoskeletons, robotics, and smart technology, alongside congress sessions addressing sustainability, climate impacts, mental health, and artificial intelligence in the workplace.
The event is projected to draw approximately 65,000 visitors and more than 2,000 exhibitors, making it the largest A+A to date.
