SupplyFORCE Joins AD Following Acquisition

More than 80 supplyFORCE employees will join AD as the company continues operating as a member program.

AD has completed its acquisition of supplyFORCE and will continue to operate it as an optional program for AD members. More than 80 supplyFORCE employees will join AD as part of the transaction.

The acquisition was approved by both companies’ boards and supplyFORCE shareholders. AD said a joint committee with representatives from both boards helped guide the process.

The deal is AD’s 18th transaction with another member-owned group. The company said it plans to invest in supplyFORCE’s services for customers with multiple locations.
