The International Safety Equipment Association (ISEA) has announced the election of new board members at its latest annual meeting. Nate Kogler—vice president of products and engineering at Bradley Corporation—has assumed the role as chair of the ISEA Board of Trustees.
According to a recent release, Kogler succeeds Tom Votel, president/CEO of Ergodyne. Kelly Kolb, senior business development manager of Kimberly-Clark, steps in as vice chair, and Wells Bullard, president/CEO of Bullard, is the new board treasurer. Other newly elected trustees include Greg Martin of MSA Safety, Todd VanHouten of Cintas, and Eric Adamson of DFP Safety.
Kogler, a member of the ISEA board since 2015, became its first treasurer in 2019. He has also served as vice-chair since 2022 and is an active member of ISEA’s Emergency Eyewash & Shower Product Group, where he contributed to drafting and publishing multiple revisions of the ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 American National Standard for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment.
“I’m very much looking forward to serving as chair of the ISEA Board of Trustees,” Kogler said in a statement. “The need for high quality and standardized personal protective and safety equipment in the workplace has never been greater, and ISEA is where this critical work happens. Thanks to the leadership of our outgoing Chair Tom Votel, ISEA is heading into 2024 with a solid foundation of success, excellent staff, and a healthy balance sheet. We look forward to the contributions and guidance of our new Trustees, Eric, Todd and Greg. I’m honored to lead our board, and I couldn’t be more excited for what lies ahead.”
In addition to Votel, other continuing members of the ISEA board include Elke Hirschman, general manager of Kishigo; Brian Myers, vice president of regulatory strategy of 3M; and John Wilson, senior vice president of sales & marketing of Draeger.
