2023 NSC Safety Congress and Expo Highlights Networking

Attendees at the annual event have plenty of opportunities to connect.

The 2023 NSC Safety Congress & Expo is coming to New Orleans on Oct. 23-25, and the event offers attendees several key opportunities to connect with other safety professionals.

For instance, the Green Cross Celebration kicks off at Mardi Gras World on Monday, Oct. 23 at 6 p.m. The hour-long reception will then be followed by an awards ceremony, dinner and live entertainment, with funds going to support the NSC’s mission of creating a safer workplace. The evening—which requires pre-registration—will also see a survivor advocate sharing their story.

The very next night, Tuesday, Oct. 24, at 6:30 p.m., is the National Awards Celebration at the Hilton Riverside. At this event, attendees will honor the previous year’s accomplishments by NSC members and safety leaders alike as they enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Registration for the event begins at 6 p.m. so interested parties should arrive promptly to ensure a seat.

In addition to these two special events, the 2023 NSC Safety Congress & Expo offers a variety of NSC Division and Section Meetings. NSC Divisions give member company employees the opportunity to explore emerging issues, industry trends and best practices while connecting with like-minded professionals. Non-members can still participate for an additional fee.
