New Maintenance Blog to Share Readers' Wisdom, Solutions

Nilfisk CFM, an industrial vacuum manufacturer, has launched www.nilfiskcfmblog.com, an online forum where readers can share their individual maintenance experiences and questions and participate in discussions on industry trends. Some of the shared stories and advice may be helpful in preventing a dust buildup, to cite one example.

"From removing hot crumbs in a bakery oven to collecting toxic dust and debris at an aircraft overhaul facility, Nilfisk CFM has seen a diverse range of maintenance dilemmas," said Paul Miller, vice president and general manager. "Our hope is that nilfiskcfmblog.com will allow us to share these experiences with our readers and create a discussion amongst facility operators about their industrial maintenance problems and solutions."

The blog also will discuss industry trends such as federal regulations and relevant trade news. Visitors can post their stories and comments by registering on the Web site.
