Industrial Scientific Launches iNet Insights Platform

Industrial Scientific introduced iNet Insights, a unified data platform that combines connected gas detection, fleet management, and real-time situational awareness. Designed for safety teams and industrial managers, the software tracks live worker locations, monitors device statuses, and provides enterprise-level exposure data reporting. According to the company, the centralized dashboard and automated workflow intelligence help organizations identify environmental trends earlier, reduce gas detection reporting times by up to 40 percent, and decrease site incidents by up to 24 percent to accelerate emergency response times.

Donaldson Introduces Stratos Mist Collector

Donaldson Company Inc. announced the Stratos Mist Collector, a continuous-duty industrial air filtration system designed to control metalworking mist, oil lubricants, and thermally generated smoke. The system features electronically commutated motors with integrated variable frequency drives for precise airflow control and reduced energy consumption. Equipped with a multilingual operator interface that tracks filter life and performance indicators, the collector helps facility managers maintain fluid management and reduce waste by recovering reusable fluids. The Stratos is available in multiple model sizes for machine-mount or floor-stand configurations.

T&M Associates Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Hope’s Windows Highlights Certified Security and Fire-Rated Systems

Hope’s Windows Inc. showcased its line of solid hot-rolled steel window and door systems designed for high-security and fire-safety applications. The custom-engineered assemblies are tested and certified to meet industry standards for blast resistance, bullet resistance, and fire protection. Engineered to contain environmental hazards and structural threats, the fire-rated configurations act as passive safety barriers to provide evacuation time during building fires. The customizable, heavy-duty frames are intended for high-occupancy and critical infrastructure facilities, including schools, hospitals, and government structures, to mitigate risk without restricting natural light or occupant visibility.

Volkmann USA Introduces Containment Bulk Bag Unloader

Volkmann USA unveiled a sealed containment bulk bag unloader designed to automate the transfer of toxic, ignitable, and hazardous materials from flexible intermediate bulk containers. To protect operators from material exposure and prevent dust release into the workplace, the closed system features dust-tight docking and an integrated glove box for isolated hands-on bag access. The emptying station is engineered to mitigate inhalation and contact risks associated with chemical and allergenic materials, including battery manufacturing compounds like cobalt and nickel. The unit can be custom-configured in stainless or carbon steel and integrates with pneumatic vacuum conveyors.
