NFPA Quiz Gets You Ready for 2014 Fire Prevention Week

Taking place Oct. 5-11, the week has a "Working Smoke Alarms Save Lives" theme.

The 2014 Fire Prevention Week theme is "Working Smoke Alarms Save Lives; Test Yours Every Month." NFPA has created a trivia quiz that can be used as a teaching tool on smoke alarm safety. The week is taking place Oct. 5-11.

Fire Prevention Week was established to commemorate the Great Chicago Fire, which killed more than 250 people in 1871 and left 100,000 people homeless.
