Non-U.S. Attendance at AIHce 2013 Topped 1,100

An AIHA public relations specialist reports 1,122 non-U.S. attendees visited last week's conference in Montreal.

The American Industrial Hygiene Association and the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists attracted a lot of virtual attendees and even more non-U.S. attendees in person to their AIHce 2013 conference last week.

AIHA Public Relations Specialist Nicole Racadag passed along these numbers on May 28: 1,122 non-U.S. attendees came to the conference at Montreal's spacious Palais des congres de Montreal convention center, and 21 non-U.S. virtual attendees registered for it.

She said 42 countries were represented among the conference's attendees overall.

Peter O'Neil, executive director of AIHA, announced during the event that a total of 900 virtual attendees registered for it.
