ISEA Schedules Three QSSP Classes in 2013

This is just the second time three of these popular classes have been held in a single year.

The International Safety Equipment Association has scheduled three Qualified Safety Sales Professional (QSSP) classes during 2013, only the second time three have been offered in the same year. Held in Durham, N.C., the classes will take place March 18-22, April 15-19, and Nov. 4-8.

"There's growing recognition of the value of the QSSP training, but with a class size limited to 40 participants, we've had to turn people away," said Dan Shipp, ISEA's president. "So we added the March class to meet the demand."

Safety experts serve as the faculty, teaching the students about regulations enforced by OSHA, EPA, and other agencies, among other information. More than 1,100 marketing and sales personnel have earned the QSSP designation since 1996, according to ISEA. For more information and registration forms for the 2013 classes, visit www.qssp.org.
