The National Ergonomics Conference & ErgoExpo® (ErgoExpo), the nation's largest and longest-running ergonomics event, has announced its lineup of speakers and sessions for 2019. With a program designed to provide a variety of solutions for all professional levels and budgets, the conference, being held Aug. 20-23, 2019, at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel, will help attendees build an effective ergonomics program, improve an existing one, maximize ergonomic investments, and more.

ErgoExpo provides progressive ideas, complemented by live product demonstrations and unparalleled networking opportunities. The 2019 event will feature four keynotes led by industry experts, including Dr. Peter Vink, chair of the Department of Design and Engineering at Delft University of Technology, who will open with "Comfort in Context: Design Implications for the Future of Seating." NIOSH Director Dr. John Howard will present "The Human-Machine Relationship in the 21st Century," Nancy Laurie, director of Ergonomics/Health & Safety for Wegmans, will speak to "Building an Ergonomics Program at Wegmans," and Danny Nou, User Experience Researcher at Facebook, will close with on Aug. 23 with "You-ser Centered Workplace Design."

More than 50 hands-on learning sessions and workshops will give ErgoExpo attendees ample opportunity to dive into presentations by ergonomic heavy hitters that include Delta Air Lines, General Motors, Microsoft, and Tesla Inc.

Educational sessions will cover a variety of topics in five program tracks, including Program Management; Office Ergonomics; Industrial Ergonomics and Safety; Materials Handling, Tools & Workstation Design; and Healthcare Ergonomics, Aging and Wellness.

The expo takes place Aug. 20-22.
