The American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) has begun registration for this year’s edition of its flagship event, Safety 2024 Professional Development Conference and Exposition.

Scheduled from August 7-9, 2024, this annual event marks the 63rd year of the conference and will be held at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. Safety 2024 is recognized for its networking and educational opportunities, with over 200 continuing education sessions tailored for safety professionals and a focus on best practices, industry trends and product innovations.

“Our conference and expo is a dynamic learning and networking experience that supports our mission to help protect workers in every industry worldwide,” ASSP President Jim Thornton said in a statement. “It’s a place to find real solutions to occupational safety and health challenges, especially now when environments can quickly change. We’re excited about the experience we have in store for attendees.”

Safety 2024 promises an expo of more than 500 exhibitors, featuring innovative safety solutions aimed at reducing workplace hazards and risks. And this year, the event adds an expanded Career Advancement Center designed with all attendees in mind. Safety professionals attending the conference can earn up to 1.5 continuing education units (CEUs) for career advancement.
