ASSP Opens Registration for Safety 2023 Professional Development Conference and Exposition

Safety 2023 will take place in San Antonio from June 5 to June 7, 2023.

It’s a little early to start packing your bags, but it’s not too early to start making plans.

The American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) announced yesterday that registration for the 2023 Professional Development Conference and Exposition is now open.

Taking place in San Antonio, Safety 2023—the 62nd annual ASSP conference—will run from Monday, June 5 to Wednesday, June 7, according to a news release. Attendees will be able to choose from over 200 continuing education sessions to attend, can visit about 500 vendor booths and may earn 1.5 continuing education units.

“As always, our conference and expo will be a dynamic learning and networking experience that supports our mission to help protect workers in every industry worldwide,” said ASSP President Christine Sullivan, CSP, ARM, in the news release. “It’s a place to find real solutions to occupational safety and health challenges, especially now when environments can quickly shift. We’re excited about what we have in store for attendees.”

Although proof of COVID-19 vaccines and masks will not be required for Safety 2023, ASSP still recommends people stay up-to-date on vaccines.

A discounted early rate is available until March 16, 2023. Register on Safety 23’s webpage.
