Smith System Sets Two DOT Compliance Seminars
Being presented Aug. 13 and Sept. 24 at the Holiday Inn -- DFW Airport South in Fort Worth, the all-day seminar by instructor Tony Douglas will help attendees understand current motor carrier safety regulations.
Smith System Driver Improvement Inc. will present its DOT Compliance Seminar both Aug. 13 and Sept. 24 at the Holiday Inn -- DFW Airport South, 14320 Centre Station Drive in Fort Worth, Texas. Instructor Tony Douglas will help attendees prepare for a DOT Compliance Review by walking them through federal requirements for accident reporting, recordkeeping, driver qualification, alcohol and drug testing, CDL requirements, driving and hours of service rules, and maintenance.
Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. The seminar's cost is $329 for the first attendee; $309 each for the second, third, and fourth attendees from that company; and $149 for each additional attendee.
