Free Hospital Emergency Readiness Webinar Offered

A free webinar about emergency preparedness best practices for hospitals and other health care facilities will take place at 2 p.m. Eastern on Feb. 24. Three health care professionals are participating in the webinar, which is provided by Send Word Now Communications Inc. of New York, N.Y.

The company says the roundtable will explore health facilities' role in community disaster readiness and the types of equipment and supplies those facilities should have on hand for emergencies.
