Dan Birch is Category Manager for Above-the-Neck products at PIP Global Safety, where his work focuses on head protection and the integration of new technologies into PPE. Birch has more than three decades of product management and marketing experience, during which he has held senior roles overseeing global PPE portfolios that included head, eye and face protection. Birch has managed dozens of successful product launches and has extensive experience bringing new safety technologies from development through commercialization. He holds a BSBA in Marketing from John Carroll University.

Michael Izzo is Product Marketing Manager, Above the Neck – North America, at PIP Global Safety, bringing nearly two decades of product management and marketing experience to the role. He has been with PIP since 2019 and previously held product and marketing leadership positions in the medical products industry, including roles with BSN Medical, Drive Medical and AMG Medical. His experience includes product development and commercialization, digital marketing, sales support, regulatory compliance and the development of educational content and training. Izzo holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management.
