Principal Engineer, Transmission and Substation Standards
Eduardo is an electrical engineer with over 20 years of international experience in the design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of electric utility substations up to 500 kV. He works as a principal engineer in the Transmission & Substation Standards Department at Xcel Energy. Eduardo supports the company by standardizing engineering practices for design, construction, O&M, safety, and regulatory compliance. He serves as a technical expert in arc flash, protection & control, and substation physical design, safety, and grounding.
Senior Project Manager
Morgan is a senior project manager with more than 15 years of experience in project and change management, process analysis and improvement, supply chain operations and optimization, and ERP implementation. She currently is a senior project manager with Perficient, where she supports energy clients in standing up and revitalizing their safety programs.
