Permit Required Confined Space Entry - Reclassification
This webinar will focus on an important and often misunderstood option for entering permit required confined spaces. Section 1910.146(c)(7) of the OSHA Permit Required Confined Space standard allows for a permit-required confined space to be temporarily reclassified and entered as a non-permit confined space when the space "poses no actual or potential atmospheric hazards and if all hazards within the space are eliminated without entry into the space."
This presentation will explain how temporary reclassification can provide a safe and practical entry approach for many confined spaces.
