Benko Products Delivers Custom Foundationless Railcar Platform for Safer Loading
Benko Products, Inc., a leading manufacturer of truck and railcar loading safety equipment, recently introduced a custom foundationless railcar platform designed to enhance worker safety while reducing installation costs. The platform features a single-pedestal design with a tracking safety bridge and a spring-operated fold-down ramp, allowing operators to safely access any point along its 13-foot span without the need to climb railcars with tools in hand. A fall restraint system with an overhead trolley beam provides full mobility and meets OSHA’s 5,000-pound tie-off requirements.
Clog-Resistant HydroClaw® Nozzle Provides Powerful Stationary Tank Cleaning
The HydroClaw® nozzle is an efficient, clog-resistant tank cleaning solution engineered for hygienic performance in industrial settings. It allows passage of particles up to ¼ inch in diameter—three times the size handled by comparable spray balls. With no moving parts, it produces heavy, straight jets dispersed through specially designed deflection cups, offering consistent cleaning while reducing maintenance and downtime. Its low-pressure, high-flow operation ensures effective cleaning of tank walls while conserving water. MSA Safety Acquires M&C TechGroup
MSA Safety announced on May 7, 2025, that it had acquired M&C TechGroup, a German company known for its comprehensive line of gas analysis systems. M&C’s technologies are used to detect, measure, and monitor gases in critical industrial environments such as energy, utilities, chemicals, and food processing. The acquisition expands MSA’s capabilities in gas sampling and conditioning systems as well as advanced process control solutions, reinforcing the company’s position as a global leader in industrial safety.
Softwall Clean Rooms
Softwall Clean Rooms are designed to meet ISO 5 to ISO 8 cleanroom standards and feature a modular layout that allows them to be positioned over or around equipment. Constructed with anodized aluminum frames and outfitted with clear or opaque vinyl curtains—either strip-style or solid panels—they can be customized for access control and portability. Fan-powered HEPA filters and fluorescent lighting modules fit into a ceiling grid system, and optional airlocks can be integrated. The HEPA units include power cords and speed controls and are compatible with both 115v and 220v power sources.
