If you haven’t already heard, Occupational Safety and Health Administration has released preliminary data that shows the new list of the Top 10 Most Frequently Cited Standards list. In today’s episode, we will go through the new Top 10 list and compare them to last year’s list.

First, let’s set the scene: Safety professionals gathered in the Orange County Convention Center at National Safety Council’s 2021 Safety Congress & Expo in Orlando, Florida on Tuesday, Oct. 12 eagerly awaiting the newest list of the Top 10 Most Frequently Cited Standards from OSHA for fiscal year 2021.

During the presentation titled, “See it live: OSHA's Top 10,” moderated by Safety+Health magazine Associate Editor Kevin Druley, Acting Director of OSHA and Directorate of Enforcement Programs Patrick Kapust announced the newest list for fiscal year 2021.
