The Weakest Link: Where Fall Protection Solutions Fail

Date: Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 2:00pm ET - 1:00pm CT - 11:00am PT

Most fall protection failures aren’t caused by a lack of care or effort—they’re the result of fragmented solutions. When hazard assessment, engineering, equipment selection, and installation are handled separately, even one misaligned decision can compromise the entire system. The result: solutions that appear compliant but fall short in practice—creating gaps in safety, driving up costs, and leaving organizations exposed to unnecessary risk.

Through real-world scenarios, we’ll explore how disconnected decisions—whether driven by lack of worker impact, design limitations, product selection, or implementation challenges—can introduce weak links that undermine the overall solution.

Participants will learn how to recognize these risks early and take a more cohesive approach to fall protection—one that aligns safety, compliance, and real-world usability from the start.
