Protecting Hands in the Manufacturing Industry: A Task‑Based Approach
Date: Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 2:00pm ET - 1:00pm CT - 11:00am PT
Manufacturing environments are complex—and when it comes to hand protection, a one‑glove‑fits‑all approach can be costly. In this upcoming Watson Gloves manufacturing webinar, their hand protection experts break down the real hazards across key manufacturing departments, from maintenance and fabrication to production and operations. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of common risks like cuts, heat, pinch points, chemicals, and abrasion, and how task‑based glove selection can dramatically reduce injuries, downtime, and total cost-per-use.
This session goes beyond products to focus on smarter glove programs. They will explore how poor fit and incorrect glove choices drive non‑compliance, hidden costs, and stockouts, and how a task‑specific, hazard‑matched approach improves safety, productivity, and sustainability outcomes. Whether you’re responsible for EHS, operations, or purchasing, this webinar delivers practical insights, real-world data, and tools you can use immediately to build a safer, more efficient manufacturing operation.
