Ms. Zielan has over 18 years of experience in business continuity, with additional experience in complimentary fields of disaster recovery, emergency response, and emergency management. She led planning and response initiatives for large companies across the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia. She currently teaches the Principles of Business Continuity and Principles of Emergency Management courses for the University of California at Irvine (UCI) Department of Continuing Education as part of the Business Continuity and Facilities Management certificate programs.
