Morgan Hall, Board Secretariat, I-CAB Foundation
Morgan has over a decade of experience in association, non-profit and society management for professional, governmental and medical fields. Morgan's holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification.
In her role with the I-CAB Foundation Morgan oversees the regional operational activities of the Foundation, ensuring alignment with the Foundation methodology. Morgan also aids in the continual development of the Functional Competency Assessment System and promotes free access and use of the assessment tool for employment-vulnerable personnel.
Robert Day, Competency Metric Analysist (semi-retired)
Robert is a licensed investigator, paralegal and former regulatory advisor, with more than 24 years of experience in the field of risk management. He holds numerous designations in the fields of health and safety, emergency response, human resources and security (CSP, Grad IOSH, CPP, PCI, CPMSIA, CRSP, CHRP, Fire Eng Tech).
His professional experiences range from collaborative trade union competency initiatives, to integrating cumulative competency metrics into predictive risk mitigation efforts. Additionally, he serves as chair of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producer's Competency Committee and provided input into strategic guidance relating to competency development.
