Honeywell's Fire-Lite Seeks Feedback from Experienced Fire Professionals

Looking for a new ways to enhance its product portfolio for dealers and end-users alike, the product design team at Honeywell's Fire-Lite Alarms has created a new portal on the company's Web site for industry professionals to voice their equipment needs and improvement ideas directly to the company. Designed to aid in the advancement of life safety systems, the Product Improvement Process portal needs input from knowledgeable field technicians, engineers, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Every product improvement idea is taken seriously, the company says, from small aesthetic tweaks to new product requests.

"We're not just talking about ideas for changing the color of the (fire alarm) panel," says Nick Martello, Fire-Lite's director of marketing. "This process gives experienced fire professionals a way to connect with us. Tell us what products are working for them. Tell us what features are needed to make the products better--easier to install, easier to maintain. And most importantly, what's needed to improve the overall level of safety our systems provide."

To submit a product improvement request, visit the www.firelite.com homepage. Data sheets, manuals, wiring diagrams and other valuable information on Fire-Lite's complete line of commercial fire alarm systems can also be accessed 24/7 at the site.
