Eleven German start-ups will spotlight next-generation safety, health, and ergonomic innovations at the BMWE Young Innovators stand during A+A 2025, showcasing how technology is transforming workplaces across industries.

Eleven German start-ups will present forward-thinking safety, health, and ergonomic technologies at the BMWE YOUNG INNOVATORS joint stand during A+A 2025, the International Trade Fair and Congress for safety and health at Work. Held November 4–7, 2025, the fair will take place at the Düsseldorf fairgrounds, with the Young Innovators group featured in the expanding “Health at Work” zone in Hall 7.

Organized by the German Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy (BMWE), the initiative offers promising young companies a platform to showcase their innovations in occupational safety, digital transformation, prevention, and workplace ergonomics.

“This year’s BMWE Young Innovators reflects the entire innovative potential we currently see in occupational safety and preventative healthcare at the workplace,” said Lars Wismer, Director of A+A. “A+A is the platform where these ideas become visible and tangible in practice.”

Driving Future-Ready Safety Innovation

From robotics to education, the showcased technologies represent a wide array of cross-disciplinary innovations. According to organizers, the program is designed to connect these start-ups directly with investors, safety professionals, and potential partners across sectors.

The BMWE YOUNG INNOVATORS stand is part of a grant initiative by the Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy to support early-stage companies with high market potential. Participation at A+A 2025 provides access to a global safety audience and facilitates knowledge transfer within the sector.
