ISEA Announces 2025 Board of Trustees and Leadership

Nate Kogler will serve as chair of ISEA's newly elected 2025 Board of Trustees.

The International Safety Equipment Association (ISEA) announced its Board of Trustees for 2025. The group—voted on during the ISEA’s recent annual meeting—will guide the organization’s mission to advance workplace safety and PPE standards globally.

Nate Kogler, vice president of products and engineering at Bradley Corporation, will continue as the board’s Chair for a second year. Kogler has been on the ISEA Board since 2015, playing a key role in updates to the ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 standards for emergency eyewash and shower products.

“I’m very much looking forward to continuing as Chair of the ISEA Board of Trustees,” Kogler said in a statement. “This past year has been an amazing period of growth for the association, with significant accomplishments in influencing industry advancement and fostering innovation. I’m excited to build on this momentum with the support of our talented Board, the exceptional ISEA team and the invaluable contributions of our new Trustees. Together, we’re poised to tackle the challenges ahead and continue advancing the mission of protecting workers worldwide.”

Joining Kogler are Bullard President/CEO Wells Bullard as Vice Chair and Kishigo President Elke Hirschman as Treasurer. Newly elected trustees Isabelle Dupuis, regional marketing manager at Delta Plus, and Greg Schrab, president at Ergodyne, will serve three-year terms. Greg Martin, senior vice president and chief product and technology officer at MSA Safety, also begins a three-year term after serving one year.

Returning to the board are John Wilson, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Draeger; Todd VanHouten, senior director at Cintas; Eric Adamson, president/CEO at DFP Safety; and immediate past chair Tom Votel, CEO at Ignitium Advisory.

“We’re thrilled to have such an accomplished and forward-thinking group of leaders guiding ISEA into the future,” ISEA President/CEO Cam Mackey said in a statement. “Nate’s commitment to advancing workplace safety, coupled with the energy and insights of our new Trustees, positions us well to tackle the challenges and opportunities ahead. ISEA’s ability to convene, collaborate, and innovate has never been stronger, and I’m excited about the impactful work we’ll achieve together in 2025 and beyond.”
