New Jersey-based CJ TMI Manufacturing America LLC faces $551,719 in proposed penalties.

For the sixth time in the past five years, OSHA has cited Robbinsville, New Jersey-based frozen food manufacturer CJ TMI Manufacturing America LLC for safety and health violations, following a recent investigation concluding with a proposed penalty of $551,719. The company is known for producing frozen dumplings, wontons and noodles under the Twin Marquis and Chef One brands.

CJ TMI Manufacturing America has been part of OSHA's Severe Violator Enforcement Program since 2021.

"This company continues to leave its workers vulnerable to hazardous conditions that threaten their safety," OSHA Area Director Paula Dixon-Roderick in Marlton, New Jersey, said in a statement. "These hazards must be addressed immediately to prevent another incident."

CJ TMI Manufacturing America LLC now has 15 business days to comply, request an informal conference with OSHA or contest the agency’s findings.
