This year’s Congress will present attendees with the latest in safety innovations, educational sessions, and opportunities for meaningful connections.
Amid evolving safety challenges, the event underscores the importance of collaboration in advancing workplace safety. The event’s full program offers a variety of new features and special events, including:
- More than 20 Professional Development Seminars, which bookend the main conference and expo, running on Oct 20-22 and Oct. 25-26. The seminars provide in-depth career advancement opportunities and Continuing Education Credits.
- An educational conference with more than 100 Technical and Educational Sessions, ranging from introductory to advanced, covering current safety topics, emerging trends, and personal experiences.
- An expo floor showcasing the latest safety solutions from hundreds of exhibitors.
- The Green Cross Celebration at Mardi Gras World on Monday, Oct. 23, an event recognizing safety achievements and raising funds for the National Safety Council mission.
New to this year’s expo, attendees can look forward to NSC Central, a centrally located hub for safety resources on the show floor. This will include the NSC Safety Technology Pavilion, the New Product Showcase, and the First Look New Exhibitor Pavilion. Additionally, a special second-line parade led by a New Orleans brass band and grand marshal will transition attendees from the Opening Session to the Expo floor.
Other key networking events include the National Awards Celebration on Oct. 24 at the Hilton Riverside, where industry leaders will be honored for their contributions to safety. Naturally, the expo floor will be a center of networking activities from Oct. 23-25, with more than 700 exhibiting companies discussing the latest in safety solutions.
