ASSP Safety 2022 Professional Development Conference & Exposition has wrapped up for the year. What a fun time it was. From June 27 to June 29, more than 5,000 people in person and virtually attended the event, and more than 450 exhibitors were on the expo floor.
This was my first safety conference and expo, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the start of the event, I was very impressed.
When I walked the showroom floor, I was shocked at how many vendors there were. I was able to learn about different services for workers and view demonstrations of some of the products. Seeing all of the options workers have and all of the work companies have done to keep workers safe is incredible.
I attended a few sessions, including the keynote, all of which were fantastic and educational. Each of the presentations caught your attention in different ways. I learned a lot from all of them.
The atmosphere of the event was very welcoming. People were eager to learn from the sessions and hear about new products that impact workers. After this experience, I’m excited for next year’s conference and expo!
