Live from ASSP Day 2

The excited buzz from day one of the American Society of Safety Professionals Safety 2022 Professional Development Conference and Exposition was still evident throughout the second day of the show. Safety professionals flooded the expo floor and connected in sessions at McCormick Place, where the conversations flowed easily amongst attendees.

OH&S was busy on the show floor, visiting companies touting new and innovative solutions to keep workers safe and healthy in the workplace. Below are a few companies that you may want to stop by on the last day of the show.

Red Wing Shoe Company was excited to announce the next generation of Red Wing for Business, a platform that seeks to provide service to an increasingly complex industrial sector. By adding the capability for customers to order personal protective equipment (PPE) online, Red Wing for Business now offers a comprehensive distribution network. Companies and their crews can now purchase PPE at 1,200+ Red Wing retailers, 170+ mobile stores and now online, 24/7.

At Safety 2022, The Master Lock Company is highlighting its Arc Flash and Electrical Safety Services, an end-to-end offering that helps companies of all sizes mitigate electrical hazards and achieve regulatory compliance.

The end-to-end services include arc flash assessments, infrared (IR) scanning, electrical safety training, and auditing. All of which help mitigate the hazards of a potential arc flash event and help businesses achieve compliance with NFPA 70E®, OSHA 29 CFR 1910 Subpart S and the National Electric Code.
