Top 5 COVID-19 Vaccination Plans By State

The vaccination process has been slower than originally expected, but there are five states that are on top of distributing the coronavirus vaccine.

Since the Moderna and Pfizer coronavirus vaccines obtained emergency approval from the FDA in December, states have rolled out plans to vaccinate people based on factors like age and their status as essential workers.

States have separated their populations into “phases” to determine the order in which people will be vaccinated. There are various modes of progress as far as vaccinations across the United States, with some states having more comprehensive plans than others. As of Jan. 28, the federal government has delivered 48.4 million doses to states. Below are the five most detailed vaccination plans by state.
