Day Two at NSC: Busy, Busy, Busy

Day two on the Expo floor was another full one! We are learning our way around this massive convention center, full of thousands of booths and people. The chaos, though, has been more than worth it.
I made my daily visits to our Live From NSC sponsors: Avery Products, Tingley Rubber, and Columbia Southern University. After gathering some good live content for our social channels, I attended two info sessions.
"OSHA Announces the Top 10 Most Cited Violations for FY 2019" was exactly what it sounds like — the top violations of the past year in the safety industry. The number one violation, fall protection, is in its eight year running since 2011. Check out OH&S's Facebook live video to watch the session yourself.
I also attended "Reducing Serious Injuries and Fatalities: 3 Approaches" in the afternoon to hear how employers can actively reduce job-related injuries before they happen. It really encompassed what the NSC Expo and Congress is all about.
I have loved getting to know the faces of our NSC Live From sponsors, congregate with other industry professionals to learn, and walk until I drop. I'll be back tomorrow for the last and final day!
