Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc. Recalls Beef Products Due to Contamination
The company has recalled over 35,000 pounds of frozen taquitos that could be contaminated with rubber and plastic
According to a news release, Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc., is recalling 35,168 pounds of frozen beef taquitos that may be contaminated with rubber and plastic, the USDA has announced.
The products were produced on December 30, 2016, and were shipped in California, Florida, Illinois, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wyoming. Two customer complaints informed the company that foreign materials, such as pieces of rubber with white plastic, were found in its ready-to-eat beef products.
