MSHA Stakeholder Meeting Taking Place May 12

The agenda includes opening remarks, rules to live by, a fatality review, Q&A, and a breakout into coal (proximity detection system update and dust rule update) and metal and nonmetal (upcoming initiatives review) sessions.

MSHA announced it will hold a stakeholder meeting on Thursday, May 12, from 10 a.m. to noon EDT. The meeting will be conducted in-person at MSHA's Arlington, Va., headquarters and online via a webinar and teleconference. (An RSVP is not required but is strongly encouraged by the agency.)
