These are busy routes during the summer's first holiday weekend, and the operation resulted in 691 speeding citations and 91 additional citations for other violations, such as seat belt and cell phone infractions. Operation Millipede was in place along I-95 and resulted in 125 speeding, 29 cell phone, 10 texting, and 41 seat belt citations, as well as 148 other citations.
