CHICAGO -- Ergodyne is celebrating its 30th birthday this year, with its colorful, high-energy booth at this week's 2013 National Safety Congress & Expo characteristically busy and loud. The company's "drop cops" and other personnel showed visitors and customers their latest products, including seven new CORE Performance Work Wear FR products – base layer and outer layer garments to protect workers from arc flash and flash fire hazards -- as well as tool connectors, a new bump cap to protect workers in tight spaces where hard hats aren't required, a growing line of protective gloves, and much more.
Part of the celebration is a contest in which the company will award a John Deere Gator XUV 550 Camo crossover utility vehicle to the winner. No purchase is necessary. The vehicle has an approximate retail value of $9,572, according to the contest rules page.
