NASA Panels to Discuss Resupply Vehicles' Status
The Sept. 9 meeting of the NASA International Space Station Advisory Committee and the Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel will focus mainly on the development of two commercial cargo vehicles the agency is considering.
Two advisory panels for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration will meet Sept. 9 to discuss how the development of two commercial cargo vehicles is proceeding. NASA is considering the vehicles for resupplying the International Space Station, and the International Space Station Advisory Committee and the Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel will focus mainly on their ability to rendezvous and berth safely with the station, according to NASA's announcement.
The meeting will take place at NASA headquarters in Washington, D.C., and begin at 1 p.m. EDT. It is open to the public, although seating is limited. Anyone can listen to the discussion by calling 800-857-5122 and then entering the passcode: miller, followed by the # sign.
