In this webinar, e-Hazard.com's Hugh Hoagland and three other experts will discuss best practices for companies and will explain how they can comply with the new edition before it is published in October 2011.
The Report on Comments meeting for the 2012 Edition of NFPA 70E took place Oct. 25-29 in Savannah, Ga. Join Hugh Hoagland, senior managing partner of e-Hazard.com, and members of the NFPA 70E committee and taskforces as they discuss the proposed changes based on the ROC meeting in a Dec. 15 webinar presented with Occupational Health & Safety magazine.
OH&S Editor Jerry Laws will moderate the discussion beginning at 10 a.m. EST. It will last one hour, 45 minutes and is priced at $99. To register, visit this website.
The committee's vote is not yet final. This webinar will explain the upcoming changes likely to be made in the 2012 Edition, including changes in HRC (Hazard Risk Category) 2, AED training, training frequency and content requirements, arc rating requirements, and new standards listed for PPE.
Presenters will discuss best practices for companies and how they can comply with the new edition before it is published in October 2011. Opinions discussed in the webinar will not be the opinion of the NFPA committee, but presenters will represent differing points of view on the key proposals affecting companies.
