The 2025 American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) Conference and Expo is in full swing this week, kicking off with a slate of Professional Development Courses (PDCs) now underway through May 18. Industry professionals from across the country have converged on the convention center to deepen their technical expertise and sharpen practical skills for today’s rapidly evolving workplace.
The multi-day conference, which continues through May 22, features a robust lineup of Education Sessions beginning May 19. Attendees can engage in lectures, problem-solving workshops, and interactive activities that tackle specialized topics in industrial hygiene and occupational health. Research Roundups are pairing real-world case studies with scientific presentations to highlight emerging trends and actionable insights.
General Sessions are set to frame the conference’s key themes, starting with a Monday morning keynote and closing with a Wednesday afternoon capstone. These sessions will spotlight distinguished professionals and offer inspiration through high-profile speakers. Meanwhile, the AIHA Main Stage is buzzing with live presentations, mock interviews, speed networking, and interactive learning activities.
Throughout the week, attendees can also explore Pop-Up Education Sessions that deliver concise, practical lessons in informal spaces, often including wellness activities aimed at supporting personal and professional growth.
Students and early-career professionals are playing a prominent role this year. Student Presentations highlight innovative academic research, while Poster Sessions offer a platform for emerging and seasoned professionals to share project breakthroughs and applied solutions.
On the expo floor, the energy is high as Exhibitor Innovation Station Sessions showcase the latest in technology, equipment, and services for the occupational and environmental health and safety (OEHS) community. These fast-paced presentations directly address the daily challenges of industrial hygienists and EHS professionals.
In parallel, the Learning Pavilion Sessions, hosted by leading industry partners, are delving into applied research, advanced tools, and field-tested strategies to help attendees stay ahead in a complex regulatory and technological landscape.
With a packed schedule and strong participation across sectors, the AIHA Conference and Expo continues to affirm its role as a cornerstone event for professionals safeguarding worker health and safety.
