AIHA Connect 2025 Returns to Kansas City for a Power-Packed Week of OEHS Learning and Innovation
Connect 2025 brings OEHS professionals together for a week of expert-led education, hands-on learning, and industry innovation.

AIHA Connect 2025, the premier professional development event for occupational and environmental health and safety (OEHS) professionals, returns to Kansas City, Missouri, from Monday, May 19 to Wednesday, May 21, 2025. The main conference will run daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CDT, offering an immersive lineup of education, networking, and innovation.
Kicking off the event, Professional Development Courses (PDCs) will take place May 16–18, with additional sessions offered on May 22. These expert-led courses are designed to strengthen attendees’ technical capabilities and equip them with practical skills tailored to today’s workplace challenges.
During the core conference days, participants can explore a robust schedule of Education Sessions, from in-depth lectures to interactive workshops and problem-solving labs. Sessions will dive into critical and emerging topics across industrial hygiene and OEHS, while Research Roundups will blend real-world case studies with new scientific findings to bridge theory and practice.
General Sessions, slated for Monday morning and Wednesday afternoon, will highlight thought-provoking keynote speakers and celebrate the outstanding achievements of professionals in the field. Meanwhile, the AIHA Main Stage will host engaging programming including mock interviews, speed networking, live demos, and crowd-favorite presentations.
Learning continues beyond the classroom with Pop-Up Education Sessions, featuring quick insights and wellness-focused activities in open, informal settings throughout the convention center.
Emerging talent will also take center stage. Student Presentations and Poster Sessions will spotlight cutting-edge academic research and inventive projects from early-career professionals. The Learning Pavilion, hosted by key industry partners, will offer targeted sessions on innovation, case studies, and technology solutions aligned with real-time OEHS challenges.
On the expo floor, the Exhibitor Innovation Station will showcase brief, high-impact presentations from leading exhibitors, giving attendees a first look at the latest tools and technologies shaping the future of industrial hygiene and workplace safety.
